Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been shipped, EMNCE Company LLC is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Shipments

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

This allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
